What we do

Every element, considered.

Five disciplines, one studio. Most projects weave several together — and every one begins with the land itself.

01 — Where every project begins

Landscape Design

Great landscapes are designed twice — first on paper, then in the ground. Our studio translates your land, your architecture, and the way you live into a master plan worth building, whether you build it all at once or over a decade.

  • Site analysis & master planning
  • Concept sketches & 3D visualization
  • Planting & materials palettes
  • Permitting & HOA documentation

02 — Rooms without ceilings

Outdoor Living

Kitchens that smell like piñon smoke, long tables under string lights, a fire that keeps the evening going into October. We design and build the spaces where your life actually happens — they just happen to be outside.

  • Outdoor kitchens & dining terraces
  • Fire pits & fireplaces
  • Pergolas, pavilions & shade structures
  • Recreation — putting greens, courts & spas

03 — Stone, set for a century

Hardscape & Masonry

Walls that hold a hillside without looking like they're trying. Steps your feet trust in the dark. Our masonry crews work Colorado sandstone and buff limestone the old way — proper bases, tight joints, no shortcuts.

  • Natural stone patios & walkways
  • Retaining & seat walls
  • Steps, entries & thresholds
  • Boulder placement & rockwork

04 — The living layer

Planting & Softscape

Plants are where a landscape stops being construction and starts being a place. We plant for the Front Range as it actually is — native and adapted species that shrug off hail, drink less, feed pollinators, and get better every year.

  • Native & climate-adapted plantings
  • Pollinator & habitat gardens
  • Lawns, meadows & groundcovers
  • Smart irrigation & drip systems

05 — The golden hour, extended

Landscape Lighting

Light is the last material we work with, and the one you'll notice most. Low, warm, and hidden — enough to walk by, dine by, and linger by, never enough to wash out the stars.

  • Path & step lighting
  • Tree & moonlighting
  • Architectural & water-feature accents
  • Seasonal scenes & smart controls

The Westlight letter

Field notes, four times a year.

One letter per season — what we're planting, building, and learning. No noise, ever.

Not sure which service you need?

Most projects blend several. Start with a conversation — we'll shape the scope together.
